C&W Seals has a vacant position within our ever growing business.

The position is for a second operation operator working 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (Mon-Thur 8:00 - 16:50) (Fri - 8:00 - 14:00).

Experience is not essential as training will be provided.

Must be able to work efficiently and manage own area. Quantities are important, position suitable for someone who thrives on self achievement and targets

Wages - In line with Minimum/Living Wage

Math Skills: Good math skills will help punch press operators understand complex instructions, how drawings work and make sure items are designed and built correctly.
Problem Solving Skills: Punch press operators will need to know why machines are not at peak performance, how to increase output and how to fix errors.
Attention to Detail: Punch presses are precision equipment. Being off by millimetres could be a critical error. Keen attention to detail is required.

Technical Skills:

Technical skills would be useful in order to enable you to work out how to manufacture a job quicker.

Hourly pay will be dependent on experience and in line with minimum wage/living wage.
