Part Time Handyman Required
Part Time Handyman required for property company in Nottingham specialising in Shared Houses and Flats.
Duties:
- Completing small repair jobs for a Residential Landlord / Lettings Business.
- Examples include: Building furniture, painting, fixing basic leaks, very basic electrical work (such as putting up a light), unblocking sinks etc.
- Must have own tools to complete repair jobs
- Providing advice to the team if a specialist contractor is required.
Hours
- Would be ideal for somebody looking for some part time hours.
- Would be suit a retiree looking to reenter the workforce with part time hours.
Location:
- All properties are within 1 mile of the City Centre in NG7 and NG2. Driving is essential though as it owning your own tools.
