Description

Portico are on the lookout for charismatic and customer focused Reception Team Leader, for a multi-occupied corporate building in central London.


The primary role of the Reception Team Leader is to look after a portfolio of reception spaces across 3 buildings, providing leadership and direction to a small team of receptionists.


Alongside this, the Reception Team Leader will run their own ground floor reception space, ensuring that all visitors receive a top-class service.


This role caries plenty of responsibility and we are looking for someone who is comfortable to be accountable for multiple processes.

They will need to ensure that the highest level of client care and personal service is delivered to all visitors, as well as being the main contact for facilities related queries.

They will be responsible for driving new initiatives to improve the customer experience, arranging pop-ups & activities to drive occupier engagement within the building.

Leadership experience within a customer service environment is essential, preferably within a reception role.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week from Monday-Friday
