We are eager to recruit a talented Principal Data Developer to join our Digital Practice and one of our project delivery teams.


The Role:


This is a great opportunity to work as a Principal Data Developer in a cross functional data delivery team responsible for the design and build of a range of complex data integrations.

As the Principal Data Developer, you will be recognised as a technology leader by building strong partnerships and relationships across the business.

Work collaboratively with others, irrespective of team or geographical borders, to meet shared objectives, delivering world class customer and colleague-centric solutions.

Able to easily communicate deeply technical concepts to a non-technical audience and use technical insights to inform commercial decision making and influence both technical and business direction and strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Providing development and support of high-quality data integration to a wide range of business solutions around the world

Ensuring the successful and timely completion of assigned DI project deliverables.

expertise depth that sets a standard across Sage and other external benchmarks.

Defining, developing and maintaining Data integrations using the best industry tools.

Work closely with projects supporting the requirements for data integration services.

To work closely with the designers and users, understand requirements and translate into data integration solutions.

To provide guidance in the form of patterns and standards, and oversee technical design and delivery and implementation

To define and govern policies and principles for DI development and management, and review code and support practices in line with these

To input into and influence data and DI strategies and roadmaps


To be an evangelist for data and DI within Sage and ensure colleagues understand data and DI goals and strategy.


Key Requirements:

Experience of Informatica Cloud.

Proven experience creating end to end Data Integration solutions.

Team player with commercial awareness and cognizance of changing internal and external IT landscapes

Experience developing complex Data Integration by identifying simple reusable, but effective solutions is required.

Able to conceptualize and think creatively with a mathematical aptitude.

Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present complex information concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical and critical thinking skills; prepared to challenge conventional thinking.

Experience in a technical leadership role; providing guidance across a multidisciplinary team

Experience Of Mentoring And Coaching Other Technical Colleagues.
