Kenect Recruitment are urgently recruiting for an experienced
Van Driver to work for our prestigious client based in Harlow.


Salary
:
£10.68 per hour
Start times
:0600am start
  • Monday to Friday

This client is a leading supplier of linen services, facilities & now expanded to pest control.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive the company vehicle responsibly and safely; obeying at all times the traffic laws and highway code.
  • Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks ensuring any defects found are reported to the Transport Manager
  • Carry out deliveries and collections of laundry from customers.
  • Keep an accurate record of deliveries and collections.
  • Loading / Unloading vans when required.
  • Ensure that any equipment on the vehicle is secured and protected where necessary.
  • Promote teamwork between colleagues, work closely with peers to ensure the best level of service is provided to the business and our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes.
  • Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.
  • Carry out other tasks and duties as required, including assisting in other departments when necessary.

What skills are we are looking for:

  • Valid Driving License
    ESSENTIAL
  • Multidrop driving experience
    ESSENTIAL

Salary:
£10.68 per hour
