Your new role

Other responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
  • Enhancing operational risk awareness and capability amongst senior management and the Board
  • Leading thematic risk reviews of priority areas

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Experience within a 2nd line risk role or third line assurance role (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Expert knowledge operational risk management theory and practices
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to identify the root cause of risks
