We are one of the UK's leading providers of First Aid, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Fire Marshal trainers and as such we are members of several awarding bodies.

We help business owners and managers protect their employees by having qualified first aiders and industry specific health and safety personnel fully trained within their business. We have a wide list of clients ranging from global companies with thousands of employees to sole traders.

Position:
Credit Controller - Full Time


Location:
Leeds, West Yorkshire


Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Flexible)

Salary: 20,000-23,000

About the Role:


This is an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Credit Controller who wishes to be part of a administration team and seek job satisfaction by getting involved.


Joining their team as a Credit Controller, you will facilitate the collection of overdue accounts whilst maintaining their impeccable high standard of customer care.

You will be responsible for inputting due invoices onto various customer accounting portals.


A born communicator you will liaise with their broad and diverse range of clients in order to resolve outstanding queries that are preventing the payment of outstanding invoices.

You will identify query debts and work with the management team throughout to resolve any outstanding issues effecting payment.


You will provide administrative support ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed on time whilst maintaining the sales ledger system.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have previous credit control experience.

With good communication skills, you will also be competent with Microsoft Office packages along with web based systems and portals.

Excellent telephone skills are also essential for this role.


You may have experience of the following: Credit Controller, Invoices, Cash Collector, Invoices, Debt Collection, Query Resolution, Finance Administrator, Invoice Coordinator, Credit Checks, Sales Ledger, Administration Management etc.
