WHAT TO EXPECT


Come join us within the Communications & Insights function of JLR to lead the market research for all four brands and global communications.

The successful individual will have the freedom to create their own opportunities globally and have autonomy over complex projects.

They will aim to discover the potential customers of JLR and provide competitive benchmarked brand insights and increase communication effectiveness and brand equity.


Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the JLR annual Brand Health research in 25 markets, the monthly Brand Pulse research in 10 markets, the monthly AdNow Communications research in 10 markets & all ad hoc brand & communications research.
  • Ownership of the research programmes processes, systems, suppliers, stakeholders, governance, outputs, budget & continuous improvement.
  • Planning, set up and operation of the monthly & annual surveys.
  • Management and reconciliation of significant budget (of million £ order)
  • Relationship management of the research agencies.
  • Management of GDPR, issues, risks and dependencies associated with the research.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Essential:


  • Project & budget management; Risk & issue identification, mitigation & resolution.
  • Brand & Communication knowledge & experience.
  • Market research methods, research design & statistical methods.
  • Quantitative & qualitative data analysis to generate insights & reports.
  • Communication & presentation skills.
