  • Provide relevant Equity, Diversity and Inclusion management information and insightful analysis highlighting workforce trends and issues and to develop appropriate interventions.
  • Provide support and expertise to our business areas to build processes, content and products that are equitable, diverse and inclusive for all communities.
This role will be hybrid work with a combination of home-working and office days in our London office.

About you

  • Your demonstrated experience leading on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in a consulting capacity and implementing equitable, diverse and inclusive initiatives that have lived experience at their core in order to meet the needs of marginalised groups will be essential.
  • Utilise your stakeholder management skills to promote greater understanding and buyin across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership and Board level.
  • Demonstrate facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to adapt style to meet the needs of the audience.
  • Build effective relationships with organisations and/or communities external to Macmillan i.e. our community partners and our corporate partners.
  • Use project management methodologies to lead initiatives from planning to implementation whilst being able to meet deadlines and prioritise work.
