Do you currently work as a Workshop Supervisor, looking for an exciting new role.

Our client is going through a huge period of growth and are rapidly expanding their management team overseeing all workshop-based engineers.

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be overseeing a full engineer team to ensure excellent level of quality and high levels of health & safety.

This role will be suitable for someone who has worked with vehicles and machinery to include, HGV, LGV, Trucks, Buses, Coaches, Fork Lifts, Platforms, Cranes and/or agricultural machinery.

Principle Responsibilities for the

Workshop Supervisor:
-

You will be responsible for completing timesheets and service reports accurately.
Managing a large service and parts engineering team.
Ensuring vehicles is supplied with the correct stock.
Working with Brake systems, IC engines, Hydraulics and Electrics.
Assisting to Diagnose, Maintain and Service equipment.
Responsible for the workshop environment and housekeeping.
Monitor Overtime.
Be a representative for customers providing first class customer services while on site.
Develop processes within the workshop to improve efficiency.

Person specification:
-

Previous experience working with Vehicles, Machinery or motorised handling equipment.
Ability to diagnose issues and repair either mechanical or electrical components.
Able to work as part of a team.
Self-Motivated, Proactive.
Positive attitude and good work ethic.
Good organisation skills
Ability to manage and plan time critical work.

This is a full time permanent Workshop Supervisor position, Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary of £26,000 - £30,000 DOE and annual company benefits to include 30 days holiday, pension scheme.
