Temporary Service Department Administrator

Full Time - Maternity Cover

We are a car transportation company based near Carlisle Airport with a fleet of 500 car transporters that operate on a national network system delivering mainly new vehicles for a variety of motor manufacturers throughout the UK.

Due to maternity cover, we are looking for temporary employee to join our team in our busy HGV Service Department.

Various roles including the creating & processing of job cards, using different IT systems to monitor and make bookings, invoicing, updating spreadsheets and time sheets, and general administrative support on the various activities for the company workshops.

Previous experience & mechanical knowledge in a similar role would be an advantage, however not essential.
