Early Explorers Nursery in Lyndhurst Road, Worthing are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly and professional team.

Located within the bright and airy Labour Hall, with its lovely outdoor area, this established preschool looks after children aged 2-5 years of age for 38 weeks of the year.


Our experienced team are looking to recruit someone to join them in caring for and educating our children for 22 hours a week starting as soon as possible with the likelihood of an increase in hours in the summer term.

The working hours will be within Mon - Fri


The setting believes that each child should reach their full potential and follows a very much child led approach alongside highly trained staff and a beautiful and exciting environment.

Regular opportunities to visit the local landmarks and nature sessions in our lovely garden or at the beach are all part of the curriculum and staff take the opportunity to enhance children's understanding and knowledge through highly innovative experiences within the wider world.
