Opportunity for a service coordinator to join a business that has historically achieved greater than 20% yearly growth

The hours of work are days Monday to Friday.

As the service coordinator, you will support the service department in all duties associated with scheduling the workload of field service engineers.

The role is primarily office-based, but some potential for part-time home-working will be available further down the line.


Detailed responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling of UK field service engineers and resource allocation of engineers to jobs, including coordination of noncontract repairs, warranty repairs, installations and onsite customer/engineer training.
  • Managing customer expectations regarding installs and repairs.
  • Updating the CRM database with service visit information.
  • Dispatching service orders from the system to allow invoicing.
  • Coordinating the logistics of engineer travel, including flights, hotels, visas, etc.
  • Collating and reporting information to monitor service engineer performance
  • Managing shipping parts priority as it relates to postsales support.
  • Creation of service contract renewals, outofwarranty contracts and new contracts.
  • Managing Customer feedback.
  • Answering service line calls.
  • Experienced gained as a service coordinator, personal assistant (PA), office manager, transport planner etc.
  • Strong organisational, customer service and administration experience.
  • A good level of general IT skills.
