Patient Safety Partner

Here at Wirral Community Health Care Foundation Trust we want to make sure that we hear the voices of the people we serve and that they are at the centre of the services we deliver.

To help with this we have created two new 'Patient Safety Partner' job roles.

We would like you, as a member of the public, to work as an advisor and help us design and deliver our services safely across our Trust.

You will need to be able to commit to work two full days a month until the 31st March 2023, we may be able to extend this role for another year.

You will receive payment for your work, and we will provide all the training you need during your 2 days a month.

If you need to attend any other training that is above your 2 working days and on your non-working days, we will pay you the agreed daily rate and cover your expenses.

You will need to be positive, enthusiastic, flexible and interested in helping us to improve safety in health services.

You will support us in engaging with other patients to help us to make a difference to their experience of using our services.
