Job Description:


We are recruiting for a Reward & Benefits Administrator to join the Team who will be responsible for providing an accurate and efficient service on all aspects of benefits administration, ensuring all relevant third-party benefit providers receive accurate and timely data as required.

Assisting colleagues with enrolment, changes and leaver processes, communicating with colleagues and resolving any benefits related questions.

  • Administer all joiners, changes and leavers to third party benefit providers, ensuring data transfers are completed in a timely and secure manner. Auditing data on a regular basis
  • Updating and maintaining benefits information on internal platforms, liaising with thirdparty benefit providers, keeping colleagues up to date with news and benefits information
  • Answer any benefits queries from People Managers and colleagues and corresponding with the relevant HR colleagues or specialists where required
  • Processing company car orders and liaising with leasing providers
  • Providing support with company car accident management reporting, processing deductions on SAP where needed
  • Own query management from receipt to resolution
  • Ensure all necessary information is received and processed in time and accurately on relevant databases, People Hub, SAP, TMC, PMI etc.
  • Support specific projects to ensure any suggestions made are viable and to ensure initiatives are rolled out in an effective manner

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

  • Well organised and systematic approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience of computerised systems and knowledge of SAP system beneficial
  • HR/Benefits Administration experience is desirable
