Robertson Bell is working with a national charity in their search for FP&A Manager on a permanent basis.

Joining a high-performing and passionate team, the role will lead the financial planning and analysis team to guide operational managers to ensure alignmentwith financial strategy.

The main responsibilities of the FP&A Manager include:

Ownership of the financial planning and budgeting for the organisation, providing robust financial management to a range of stakeholders.
Support and challenge service managers in their review of budgets and to accurately reforecast.
Provide throughout training throughout operational staff to improve financial literacy and ensure alignment of the financial strategy is adhered to.
Manage a highperforming team of four, ensuring they reach their full potential.
