Responsibilities
+• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, direction, and development to engineering teams (Shift & Day Engineers).• Conduct annual appraisals following BGIS training completion.
• Ensure engineers are equipped, supported, and informed to deliver a high‑quality service.
• Act as first point of contact for all in-hours shift issues and mechanical escalations.+
