Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure property standards are met
  • Liaise with landlords and supported housing providers
  • Support compliance with statutory requirements
  • Help drive up accommodation standards and prevent homelessness

The Role:

You will engage directly with customers, landlords, and housing providers, offering creative solutions to housing needs. Mediation, negotiation, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role. Knowledge of housing legislation and welfare entitlement is required.
