About Us:

Digital Voices was launched in 2017.

Since then, we have rapidly scaled, launching offices in the US and UK with about 80 people on the team.

We have run campaigns in 36 countries, with 19 languages on our team. Our broad range of clients include Adobe, Panasonic, Unilever and Duolingo.

After launching our US office in September 2022, we have great traction in the market.

Although Digital Voices has been around for nearly 7 years, we are just at the start of our scaling journey and looking for senior leaders to take the agency to the next level.


The Role:

You will be responsible for managing US campaigns for our client DoorDash. You will be meeting revenue targets, and supporting the team in achieving our business goals.

You will help the team design, pitch and support in the execution of tailored Influencer Marketing campaigns that partner brands with content creators.


The Role Responsibilities:


  • Work independently to plan exciting, awardwinning, creative campaigns
  • Manage and execute campaigns, including an ambassador & gifting program
  • Support the achievement of growing existing clients and achieving monthly bookings targets.
  • Act as the daytoday goto person for your current clients, providing exceptional support.
  • Contribute to pitches and client presentations, playing a supportive role.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive growth and deliver outstanding results for clients.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our paid and analytics offerings.
  • Ensure your client's growth plans are up to date with actionable and timely next steps.
  • Stay up to date on clients' billing and debt details, maintaining a clear picture of their internal finances.
  • Share updates on budget changes, date changes, and signoffs with the Head of Client Development.
  • Keep up with market trends and companies working with influencers, including competitors.
  • Stay informed about recent and ongoing brand partnerships on digital content platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts, etc.)
  • Ensure campaigns are managed well, delivered on time, and set clear expectations for internal and client stakeholders.

Must-Haves:


  • 35 years of working in Account Management or similar relevant roles
  • Experience working within PR/gifting/ambassador programs
  • Experience working with influencers and/or working on influencerled campaigns
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and creator landscape
  • Experience running performance marketing campaigns with CPA and ROI benchmarks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Impressive organizational skills
  • Confidence to work independently and on fastpaced campaigns
  • Empathy and enthusiasm for large global clients, with a problemsolving brain that is quick to react to pressure if something doesn't go to plan
  • Experience developing strategically grounded, engaging creative
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with confidence to present under high pressure situations.
  • Excellent understanding of social platforms and nontraditional brand communications
  • Basic understanding of video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Confident with key Google Drive softwares, most importantly Sheets.
  • Experience with reporting software or data visualisation is a plus

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Based in Eastern or Central Time Zone(s)

Fully Remote Position (You will need to be permanently based in the US)
**Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
