Allen Lane are delighted to be assisting a London based Royal College with the recruitment of a Senior Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Director of Finance this role will manage a team of two staff and be responsible for the deliveringa finance business partnering service across the whole of the College.

This role will lead on the colleges budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting processes.

Key duties:
Lead on the Colleges Finance Business Partnering, managing a team and making sure that Budget Holders are supported with their management reporting

Running the monthly management reporting process, annual budget process and periodic forecasting

Regular reviews and meeting with Budget Holders to advice on and guide on the financial decision making process

Lead on future year financial plans and projections

Develop KPI reporting into the annual budget process

Lead on making improvements to the financial reporting process including the development of data for forward planning

Construction of budgets and forecasts that allow the College to forecast more effectively

Work closely with the Finance Director in looking at more effective reporting and controls processes.

This role offers an excellent salary and employer pension contribution of 20% as well as hybrid working arrangement with two days per week in the central London office.
