This position will report directly to Global Head of Sales Operations and the coverage will be all segments and geographies within the GTM.

Detailed Job Description
In specific detail the role will require contribution as part of a team to the following areas:

  • Work with Sales teams to develop and maintain operational processes to ensure a high standard of depth and accuracy for data recorded (i.e., data in Salesforce) by GTM front line
  • Ensure GTM maintain a rigorous pipeline cadence (including tasks, leads, accounts and opportunities)
  • Making recommendations for optimised front line CRM adoption and tool usage and process adherence
  • Defining new sales tool reports / configuration
  • Ensuring portfolio management has a clear and documented process
  • Optimise existing and map new global sales processes to ensure a global standardisation
  • Using knowledge of Salesforce best industry practices, support the implementation of a redeveloped CRM instance and associated tools
  • Analyse and optimise the design and usage of KPI reports generated and used by GTM front line teams i.e., performance dashboard adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in identifying areas of productivity improvement and develop and implement solutions
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyse data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable insights for Sales
  • Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures within GTM
  • Define business requirements and drive delivery for new and existing processes and programs across the global sales, account management, partner and marketing teams
  • Drive project prioritization a team of developers (not reporting into this role) through bi-weekly sprints in executing against priorities
  • Attend sprint retrospectives to ensure development and programs are completed with high standards
  • Oversee and provide direction for the implementation of new objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, and record types in Salesforce
  • Own GTM training and education about process changes through self-service and in-person trainings
  • Partner with Salesforce engineers to troubleshoot Salesforce issues
  • Develop and drive adoption plans for new mechanisms, releases, and tools
  • Support business leaders in delivery of Salesforce-based reporting and insights, territory and account assignments, forecasting, data hygiene, and day-to-day operations management
Role Outcomes

The following KPIs will be used to measure the impact of the role:
Pipeline velocity, % of stale pipeline, % of incorrect CRM data, Forecast Accuracy, % adoption of Sales Tools, Sales Cycle Time, Win-Rates, Cost of Customer Acquisition, Customer churn, Customer lifetime value


Role Requirements:


  • Preferred Attributes:
  • 5+ years of sales operations management ideally in ecommerce or technology sectors
  • Direct experience driving projects and administrating Salesforce
  • 3+ years of experience leading delivery of large, crossfunctional programs, with scope involving business analysis, requirements gathering, and creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Indepth understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations
  • Flexibility to work across multiple timezones
  • Experience with data tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Python
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets, translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data outputs to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience in establishing processes that result in better data cadence and data quality in a GTM organization
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experienced working with largescale and geographically diverse teams
  • Must have comfort working in regulated businesses, where innovation and compliance, security and scalability must all work in harmony.
  • Experience working in collaboration with Marketing Operations teams utilizing a marketing automation tool (preferably Pardot)
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLookups, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc), functional SQL knowledge
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard)
  • Knowledge of GTM tools such as Gainsight, Gong, Highspot, Conga, Docusign
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
