    Junior Merchandiser Role

    FatFace is seeking a highly skilled Junior Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

    We promote and drive equality within our workforce to ignite an inclusive foundation for us all to build from and truly connect with our customers, colleagues and communities alike.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with cross-functional teams to produce department product strategy in line with overall company goals.
    • Create weekly phased plans by channel and category for sales, margin, stock and markdown.
    • Develop and select a balanced and commercial range which delivers the product strategy.
    • Plan seasonal pricing and promotional activity together with Buyers.
    • Implement supply chain strategies with Buyers and Merchandising teams.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
    • Proven track record in Merchandising at Junior Merchandiser/Merchandiser level.
    • Team management and task delegation skills.
    • Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Competencies:

    • Thorough understanding of merchandising principles and systems.
    • Comprehensive understanding of customer profile, product range, and competitors.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
