Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including the Directors and senior management to create compelling content, including videos, blog posts, social media campaigns, and more.
  • Analyse data and key performance indicators to continuously optimise and refine recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Plan and participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand the talent pool.

Experience:


  • Ideally, degree educated in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional creativity with the ability to transform ideas into captivating content.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
