MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN LONDON + HAVE MINIMUM 5 YEAR'S EXPERIENCE

  • You'll be leading market entry, sales strategy and execution globally.
- manage online and offline channels,
- oversee new DTC customer acquisition
- grow customer lifetime value (LTV),
- hire and develop their team to support this growth as your role grows
- report to the CEO


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and scale omnichannel sales strategies
  • Working on product, brand on messaging, pricing strategies, and partnerships to achieve revenue and business goals
  • Work with web and brand teams to optimise conversion funnel, customer acquisition costs, and, as new products are released and improve basket size and repeat purchase to drive LTV.
  • Hire, and work with agencies and other vendors as needed.
  • Identify and refine our target audience, enhance user experience and optimise marketing efforts.

Salary:
£50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
