Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Activities Coordinator to join our team at Churchfields Care Home in Cassington, Oxford.

You will be part of a supportive and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents.

You will make a difference every day by engaging in meaningful activities with residents as well as promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect always.

Churchfields Care Home is situated in the heart of beautiful Cassington near Witney, surrounded by wonderful scenery and a thriving community.

Every member of our team is dedicated to their work at Churchfields Care Home. We hand pick the best staff available and provide training and guidance to all who join us.
Care is a rewarding job but it isn't easy. We encourage our team to work together to help one another with every task. This way no one feels left out or overburdened and life at Churchfields remains homely and stress-free.
We work hard to make sure team members are looked after as well as they look after our residents. If they have any issues, they feel comfortable talking to managers and other staff to solve them together.

We actively encourage our team to take time away from work so that they feel well-rested and can continue to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

When working in care it's easy to forget to dedicate time to yourself, so by taking time away care workers and the wider team can ensure that they are refreshed, and return to work feeling calm and collected.
