Salary:
£30- 40k + excellent benefits
Full time, home working
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Apprenticeship Skills Coach (Business Administrator) to join our friendly and supportive Delivery Team.
This is an incredibly rewarding role as you will have the opportunity to help our learners successfully complete their apprenticeships and achieve their career potential.
The role will be predominantly remote with at least one day a month at our South London office.Responsibilities include:
- Support your apprentices through the learning journey and deliver an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure your apprentices are on track to complete their apprenticeship.
- Help shape, create and deliver apprenticeship learning content.
- Deliver monthly planned live sessions and two personal development days per year for your apprentices.
- Be involved in coordinating the quarterly masterclasses in partnership with our employers and industry experts.
- Manage your scheduled activities to ensure the timely achievement of learners.
- Comply with any quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with each of the apprentices and employers you support.
For this role you must have:
- Experience as a Skills Coach delivering the Business Administrator standard.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Good IT skills, ability to use MS Office, Learner Management Systems etc.
- The desire to learn and develop yourself, so that you can add value to the apprenticeship experience of our leaners.
- Knowledge of apprenticeships standards and End Point Assessments.
- A passion to help people start their careers at amazing companies, which inspires you to deliver the best possible training.

You might also have experience as a Business Administration Skills Coach, Business Administration Teacher, Business Administration Tutor, Business Administration Manager, Business Administration Officer.
