Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Patch repairs and new installation of Polysafe flooring in wet rooms including cap and cove.
  • Subfloor repairs (timber and latex)
  • Installation of vinyl sheet flooring and LVT
  • Installation of laminate flooring
  • Basic carpentry including removal and refixing of skirting boards
  • Carpet installation
  • Complete written surveys to enable the purchasing team to procure goods and materials for impending jobs
  • Be dedicated, hard working and conscientious in providing excellent customer service
  • A problem solving and "can do" approach
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • A kind and welcoming nature, particularly for our more vulnerable customers
  • Be trustworthy and reliable
  • Company credit and trade account cards
  • Tools & PPE, as necessary
  • Personalised training and qualification opportunities
  • Approved mileage rate of 45p per mile if using personal vehicle for business
  • 33 days annual leave per year including bank holidays

Pay:
£36,000.00 per year
