ISS Engineering Group Ltd are a Manchester based Engineering company providing in-house and onsite High End product finishing equipment for the finishing industry.
Salary:
Good rates dependent on experience.
Hours:
Mon-Thursday 8am - 5pm Fri
- 8am1pm
Duties include
- Working in the factory, manufacturing a range of bespoke products for specific projects.
- Working with in house machinery including guillotine, press brake, bandsaw etc.
- Prepare and collate materials, as per each order, in readiness for despatch.
- Assemble and install a variety of enclosures etc. in the factory ready to be shipped directly to the client.
- Problem solving, as and when required
- Quality Control throughout production
- Ensure all tools are maintained and used in a safe manner
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Be prepared for a wide variety of tasks and jobs, learning new skills and techniques in the sheet metal and fabrication industry.
Skills needed (training will be provided where appropriate)
- Accurate and precise working skills
- Able to read drawings
- Able to use a range of sheet metal manufacturing equipment and tools
- Able to safely lift heavy loads
- Able to follow management instructions
- Work as a team member to produce work to a high standard.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Tig Weld experience essential
- Competent with Stainless Steel
- Able to operate Amada Pressbrake machinery
Salary:
£10.00-£15.00 per hour
