JOB DESCRIPTION


Passionate about modified cars? With our ever growing business, we are looking to expand our sales force and are looking for new sales advisors.

The role is available as either an in-store position, greeting customers, and going through products face-to-face. Or office based, answering phone calls, and managing website listings to online sales.


ROLES WILL INVOLVE:


  • Answer customer phone calls and provide pre and post sales support.
  • Manage and update online orders.
  • Liasing with manufacturers when ordering non stocked items for customers.
  • Assist customers on the shop floor and give product demos where available.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:


  • Previous retail or telesales experience desirable.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Passion for cars is ideal but not required.

OTHER DETAILS:


  • 5 day week / Store hours: 9:30am6:30am Monday-Saturday
  • Based in Hayes, West London, UB
  • Onsite free car parking
  • Salary from £23,000 depending on experience
