- Maintain compliance with policies & procedures
- Offer excellent customer service to both customers & clients
- Build & maintain professional relationships
- Handle customer complaints, liaising with relevant project teams to resolve any issues
- Organise documents and files
- Complete a variety of general office admin tasks

- Experience as a Customer Care Coordinator is desirable
- Customer Service Skills is essential
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Products
- Selfmotivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right firsttime attitude
