Our client is a leading European real estate private equity fund manager.

This is a fast-growing Pan-European Real Estate fund with a US Parent.

They are well-capitalised and positioned for growth with a core focus in a niche yet highly lucrative area of Real Estate.

Job Title / Role

The firm is seeking a Senior Fund/Deal Structuring professional to support the CFO and other team members in a period of significant growth.

The role reports directly to the CFO while also working closely with the deal team and Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities.

Coordinate investment closings, including structuring, documentation review, treasury, due diligence, etc.
Relationship management of key service providers, including accountants, lawyers and administrators
All aspects of Fund oversight
Investor reporting
Working with the CFO to build out of controls and procedures for existing and new Funds
Adhoc internal and external reporting requests

The Individual

Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA), first time passes preferred, with sufficient postqualified experience
Pan-European deal structuring and closing experience essential
Strong knowledge/understanding of European tax environment and with a desire to further that knowledge
Strong numerical and detail orientated skillset is essential
Selfdriven flexible person that can identify risks/areas requiring attention and solve them
Quality and resultsoriented with an ability to work well under pressure
Fluent in French beneficial but not essential
