Act as a role model to colleagues, always seeking to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and promote the benefits of family work within an EIP service Ensure a systematic approach is in place for the delivery of family intervention and carer support across the four EIP teams Support the Service leadwith job planning and caseload management / supervision in regards to family interventions being a key deliverable for all care coordinators Work alongside the Service lead to promote and role model best practice regarding family and carer interventions as well as those of care coordination Use their initiative and take responsibility for themselves and the quality of their work and the service they provide to patients and how they support colleagues Use advanced expertise and knowledge to support management of the most complex cases.

Lead on the delivery of individual and group supervision in relation to family and carer interventions as well as providing guidance to MDTs on best approaches to complex cases Please see job description and Person Specification for full details
