We are recruiting for an experienced HR Generalist who holds CIPD Level 5 or above to join a busy and growing technology company in the Glasgow area.


This Interim People and Culture Advisor role will be a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave of the existing HR Advisor.


Duties:


  • Advise, coach, challenge and support managers in their role within people related processes
  • Work with the People and Culture Administrator to answer 1st line questions
  • Actively coach and train line managers and team leaders on all aspects of people management, empowering managers to lead their teams through upskilling them on people management processes
  • Continually be up to date on legislative changes, communicating and raising awareness of changes
  • Responsible for supporting and engaging usage of the Reward and Recognition platform
  • Deliver Onboarding session to new starters, introducing them to the company
  • Monitor, review and update policies as required, ensuring compliance with current legislation
  • Work alongside the Head of People & Culture to deliver an annual Engagement Survey and analyse and monitor the results
  • Supporting the integration from a people, process, and system perspective when new business acquisitions occur
  • Provide support for managers by taking the lead on ER cases
  • Supporting with internal events including planning and communications
  • Support the recruitment team by overseeing the leavers and exit interview process


We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is CIPD level 5 qualified, Level 7 would be a distinct advantage.

The role is covering maternity leave on a fixed term contract for 12 months.


Travel will be a part of the role around four times per month to travel to other offices in the region, some of which are up to four hours away.
