TSR Legal have a rare opportunity for the Head of Commercial / Residential Property Solicitor, to join a highly regarded boutique firm in Cardiff, with a view to ultimately being Head of the Property Department.

The Role

You will be joining a well-established team undertaking a broad range of complex commercial and residential development matters, site acquisitions, funding arrangements and more, acting for renowned clients across the region.

The opportunity would suit someone either already operating at Head of Department level, or someone who is perhaps currently at Senior Associate looking for their next step.

This role is to join at a senior level in the firm, you will be working closely with the team/law practice, being involved at a strategic level across the commercial property department, liaise with the senior Board and operate as the Head of department.

This firm for over the last 100 years look for practical solutions to their clients legal issues and provide a client focused, value-for-money service.

Their lawyers offer specialist advice and have gained a wealth of experience from working in leading citypractices.

Areas of expertise include business and commercial, commercial property (including landlord and tenant), employment, wills and inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney, trusts, divorce, family matters, dispute resolution (including mediation)and residential conveyancing.

Salary:
to £70,000,000 Negotiable, Plus bonus
