**Project Operations Manager - Remote working
- (must be UK based) Up to £80k plus car and Bonus**Our client is an 'innovative, disruptive and empowering' SME, positioned within a large multinational company. They are a market leader in the UK for technical, FM, regeneration, and energy services, with specialist capabilities in smart buildings, green mobility,district & embedded energy, and decentralised renewables.

Due to a period of continued growth, they are looking for an experienced
Project Operations Managerto lead the engineering project and support team.

This role will be paramount to the business growth strategy, over the next 3-5 years in helping to define shape, and grow the team, with a key focus on performance, communication,and an ability to drive lifecycle value for money opportunity, through data analysis, whilst nurturing a growth and development environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and lead the team to deliver the agreed project outcomes
  • Create an embed standardised project management/delivery documentation, processes and methodologies alongside the Operations Director
  • Identify and set appropriate project controls, tracking and reporting delivery against milestones and budgets.
  • Define and expand supply chain frameworks ensuring we have bestfit partners to support scalable growth
  • Close effective working relationship(s) with parallel inhouse and parent company delivery team(s)
  • Develop and maintain clear communication channels with key stakeholders across all levels
  • Awareness of all aspects of data lifecycle including data ethics and applicable legislation/standards such as GDPR, BS, ISO etc.
  • Use industry best practices for project management

You will need:


  • A qualification (NVQ Level 5, HNC / HND or higher in a Construction, or engineering
  • Some knowledge of Building Energy Management Systems, (BEMS) OR Building Controls etc.
  • Demonstratable Project management experience
  • UK Driving Licence required to enable travel to remote project sites not accessible by public transport.

You will get:


  • Basic salary up to £80,000 DOE
