Are you looking for a role that makes the most of your executive support experience, working to contribute to the effectiveness of a director-level member of staff? Do you have the ability to prioritise between competing demands on behalf of a senior staffmember, acting as gatekeeper and representing them in meetings and at events when required?
This EA position is an opportunity to join a well-known membership organisation that works to improve health outcomes across the nation, on an interim, immediate-start basis.
You will have experience of complex diary management and of committee secretariat responsibilities, including producing accurate minutes within set timeframes.
Strong IT skills, particularly with the use of Microsoft Office, and a strong sense of attentionto detail are essential requirements for the role.
