The post involves 7 day working which includes bank holidays.

As a qualified nursing associate, you will be part of our team of community nurses delivering high quality care to people living in their own homes.

This includes delivering wound care, medications, end of life care and continence care. You will be given a comprehensive induction to support your transition into community working
