The Role
We are looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to drive an increase in reach and engagement to maximise income potential


Duties will include:

  • Developing print and digital assets to market a range of income streams such as charity challenges, training offering, legacy campaigns, and regular giving.
  • Supporting individuals to share the impact of our services via communication channels.
  • Developing and delivering the charity's Individual Giving Strategy to include cash appeals, general donations, online donations, payroll giving, regular giving, midlevel gifts, in memoriam giving and legacies
  • Developing and managing supporter journeys, including effective stewardship of our internal and external stakeholders.

The Person


To be considered for this role you should be proactive, cool under pressure, organised, and adept at coordinating people and projects.

The role will require you to build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders so you should be a confident and competent communicator.

Ideally we are looking for people with experience in fundraising, and a knowledge of individual giving strategy and development.

Perhaps most importantly you should be a personable and empathetic individual with an understanding of the issues faced by LGBTQ+ individuals and communities.
