This role is responsible for the facilitation and delivery of transformation projects on the Solihull site.
The role will require a cross functional approach to delivery, in order to improve the Solihull footprint and the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, facilities and services on the Solihull Plant.

The Transformation Project Lead will utilise the sites key Themes and KPI's by managing a portfolio of projects that identify areas of required improvement to enable the necessary changes.
Some of these projects they would lead directly and some of these projects they will review, facilitate and govern following a recognised governance process.
Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesYour key accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- Facilitate and manage projects that are required to enable changes that are in line with the Solihull site vision and key objectives.
- Support & guide Project leads through charter format and process.
- Govern Multiple projects through the Charter governance framework.
- Identify and facilitate projects through the area Integrated Business Plans
- Ensure projects are in line with Site/Company vision.
- Network and align project owners to maximise output.
- Lead various site projects across site.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Knowledge and Experience
- Relevant previous experience of Project Management including consistent delivery of targets.
- Experience in Team Management including the management of multiskilled cross functional teams.
- Microsoft package elements Power Point and Excel
- Experience and understanding of delivering KPI's.
- Proven ability to work within tight deadlines & be able to manage and prioritise multiple activities simultaneously.
- Understanding of Agile working.
