What does the role involve?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Advisor to join our growing Compliance team. In this role, you'll get the chance to work as part of a team that works across a range of different products, customer bases and distribution channels - where no 2 days are the same

Some of your key duties will include:

Providing regulatory advice to HCUK colleagues and ensuring timely response to compliance in-box queries
Liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance obligations and regulatory requirements
Conducting the compliance review of all new regulated credit broking arrangements, providing feedback and sign off as appropriate
Review and approval of financial promotions submitted via the financial promotions portal

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who has worked in the financial services sector or has a desire to build a career in this industry.

You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to collaborate with and influence different people, you will also be someone who loves to learn and perhaps has recently graduated and is looking for their first job role

Also, we're looking for the following:

Ability to think operationally and strategically
Good stakeholder management skills
Ability to produce and deliver clear and concise written data
