You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring a high quality of care and a high occupancy rate
- Building up the team and managing all aspects of the nursing home
- Recruitment
- Rota planning
- Staff training
- Uptodate policies
- Responding to clients' enquiries in a timely manner, including complaints
- Ensuring CQC compliance
- Processing timesheets accurately and reviewing monthly / annual budgets
You will Require:
- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager or in a management role in a care / nursing home setting.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and CQC Compliance
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults)
- Good knowledge of the care sector
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Good people management skills
- Well organised
