    About the roleAre you passionate about creating software that customers love? As our Product Manager, you'll be the champion of our users, turning real-world challenges into breakthrough SaaS solutions

    You will:
    Be the Voice of the Customer : Dive into user feedback, market trends and analytics to uncover unmet needs and hidden opportunities

    Own the Roadmap:
    Translate strategic goals into clear, inspiring product visions and user stories. Prioritise features that drive engagement, growth and retention.


    Collaborate Relentlessly:
    Partner with sales, marketing, UX and engineering teams to architect intuitive experiences—and then roll up your sleeves to deliver them

    Drive Innovation:
    Experiment with new technologies, champion A/B tests, and measure impact to continuously elevate our platform's value

    Deliver Exceptional Value:
    Ensure every new release delights customers, outpaces competitors and meets ambitious business KPIs.

    Key responsibilities:


    Own the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories with clear business valuePrioritise backlog items to maximize business value and align with company strategy.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product featuresWork closely with development teams to refine requirements and provide clarification during sprintsValidate delivered features against acceptance criteria and business requirementsConduct regular product demos and collect feedback from stakeholdersMonitor key product metrics and make data-driven decisionsStay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needsDevelop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectivesLead and participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategiesManage customer expectations and communicate product updates effectivelyExperience and Skills:Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environmentExperience of the UK social housing sector and private marketsStrong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum frameworkProven track record of delivering successful software productsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSuperior communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with product backlog management and user story creationUnderstanding of software development processes and technical conceptsAbility to balance business needs with technical constraintsExperience using product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

    Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certificationExperience with data analysis and product metricsKnowledge of UX/UI design principlesFamiliarity with product discovery techniques (customer interviews, A/B testing, etc.)
