What will be your role ?
You will be part of the UK Team composed of approximately 60 people.


You will work as a HR business partner for all UK teams and will report to the Global People Function.


What will be your missions ?

As the People Lead UK, you will:

  • Act as HR business partner for all UK teams, especially at management/leadership levels, helping to deliver the company strategy and objectives
  • Manage key HR processes for the country: compensation campaigns, talent reviews, performance management, etc.
  • Act as a key contributor to the Global People Team on all global projects and initiatives
  • Manage a People & Culture Specialist and, as a team, ensure that HR processes are compliant and that benefits, payroll, HR administration, onboarding & offboarding are processed according to the company's standards
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on difficult conversations or conflict resolutions
  • Partner with management and global teams to engage employees and provide the best employee experience

This job has been tailored for you if:

  • you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with experience(s) as an HR business partner
- you have strong communication skills, both oral and written
- you have knowledge of UK social regulations, payroll, and labor law
- you have some analytical & problem-solving skills
- you have knowledge or experience of key major HR processes (performance management, talent management, etc.)
- you have knowledge of HR platforms/tools (HRIS, performance management, employee experience)
- you have already worked in an environment with ongoing change
- you are fluent in English


We would be even more impressed if:

  • you have CIPD level 5 (minimum)

Hiring process:

HR telephone interview - 45 mn

VP HRBP / Hiring Manager interview - 45 min
- Head of People France interview - 45 min
- Country Manager UK interview - 45 min
