In response to an increase in business and the addition of several new contracts, we are looking to bring in some new faces to join the fatBuzz team.

We are looking for all the obvious attributes (hard-working, enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious, willing to learn etc.) but more importantly, we want someone who fits in with our culture and who is keen to be part of a fun team at fatBuzz.


fatBuzz works with a wide variety of clients and this role will involve working with organisations, large and small mainly in the consumer sector.

As the Community Management Assistant, you would work closely with our existing Community Management team and the Marketing team and our clients to provide excellent customer service responses.

The position will be based in our Glasgow office at Kinning Park, Glasgow. Salary and package will be commensurate with experience.

Working hours:
Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-2


Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Liaising with the clients and their customers to ensure that their customer service is upheld to excellent standards.
  • Helping clients make the most of the digital channels available to manage their online communities.
  • Thinking of creative solutions to client community problems.
  • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in Trip Advisor and Google Reviews (preferable)
  • Personal, presentable and articulate
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft office 365 and Dropbox
  • Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work

From £19,500.00 per year
