The appointed Corporate Lawyer will be joining an established team which covers the remit of corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase agreements, due diligence and a variety of other matters.
This leading firm is keen to develop their corporate offerings and are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer who can deal with their own caseload of transactions.
You will be working on your own workload of matters and will possess a minimum of 3 years PQE in dealing with the broad spectrum of corporate law.
As the chosen Corporate Lawyer, you will have gained a soundtrack record in dealing with the broad spectrum of corporate transactions and will have worked within a leading regional or city practice renowned for this type of work.
