We are on the lookout for a highly organised, meticulous and friendly individual to grow with us on our journey to global domination.
SharkEye Wheel Aligners UK Ltd are global leaders in the manufacture of Wheel Alignment equipment for garages and professional workshops and are the 12th largest manufacturer and exporter of wheel alignment equipment in the world.
Once trained, you will help to support this stage of our journey by becoming an integral part of our team and future.
This is the perfect role for someone with a 'can do' attitude, who isn't afraid to dive in headfirst and has unbeatable customer service skills.
Your time would be split across administration and shipping, with a high focus on customer service.We need someone who can:
- Process sales orders (training will be provided)
- Create invoices (training will be provided)
- Coordination and management of shipping process, both nationally and globally
- Take ownership of the 360' customer sales journey
- Act as an accountable point of contact for our customers and logistic partners
- Liaise with clients on deliveries and returns across ecommerce channels including eBay, Amazon, etc.
- Sourcing 3rd party logístical partners across the globe
- Exploring costsaving models for global shipping
The role is part-time between the hours of 10am - 2pm with the potential to increase hours as more technical knowledge and experience is gained.
For the initial 3 months during your probationary period, we would pay you the National Minimum Wage with a negotiable review after that period.
