Job Title:
Care Assistant


Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and medication administration

- support with manual handling and safe use of equipment

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Accompany individuals to appointments or outings as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

• GCSE Maths and English C and above or equivalent

- level 2 and/or 3 in health and social care preferred

• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must pass full DBS check
