Are you looking for the next stage in your corporate finance career? One that provides the opportunity to grow through hands-on experience across a wide range of capital raising and sell-side M&A mandates? If that sounds like you, we'd like to talk, becausewe're recruiting for an analyst to work alongside the Partners at this M&A advisory firm.

About you

  • You are bright, diligent, intellectually curious and personable; someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and dig in with the rest of the team
  • You are a selfstarter, with a proven ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects
  • You are financially literate and interested in investment, perhaps also investing yourself.
  • You can analyse a balance sheet and would know how to build a financial model.
  • MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides hold no secrets for you, and you're familiar with
  • You have a minimum of 23 years relevant career experience. You may have had a career break for whatever reason and are looking to get back into a fulltime role.
Your role

  • Evaluating investment propositions and business models
  • Producing relevant sector research and analysis
  • Researching potential investors and acquirers
  • Preparing pitches and proposals
  • Actively participating in meetings with clients and investors
  • Projectmanaging client workflows
  • Developing longterm customer relationships and facilitating efficient cooperation among stakeholders
  • Conducting KYC/AML compliance
