    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Strategic Salesforce Solutions Designer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solution architectures, roadmaps, business systems analysis, proof of concepts, and conducting gap analysis to drive system improvements.

    About the Role

    • Lead to Quote Architecture: Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions to enhance sales processes and create value through systems automation.
    • Salesforce Configuration: Manage configuration, customization, and integration projects, develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions, and configure Salesforce using point-and-click or coding when necessary.
    • User Training: Create training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of Salesforce features.
    • System Performance: Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10+ years as a business systems analyst on Salesforce.
    • Minimum 5+ years in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
    • Deep knowledge of Sales Processes, Pipeline management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Territory Management, Quote & Forecasting.
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud certification required.
    • 4-year Degree in BS/BA, MIS, or related technical field.
