Description

Lead on service developments and propose changes that may have wider implications across departments and the wider organisation Conduct scoping meetings with stakeholders to ensure that the project or workstream is fully understood, and then draft proposals summarising the outputs, value and risks.

Lead the development of the policies and procedures for major areas of activity and ensures compliance with corporate policy.

Horizon scan in order to identify development, growth and new business opportunities and turn these into active leads that are followed up with new and existing customers Propose and implement changes to policies and processes across the service Provide effective leadership, training, support, generate enthusiasm and motivation in the team members to ensure that they are appropriately empowered to carry out the responsibilities of their role.

Champion and ensure the use of best practice.
